Yes, our water coolers come with a 20 micron filter that circulates the water 24/7 and filters out hair, skin cells, leaves, sand and other debris. Enjoy a clean, clear ice bath anytime you are ready to serve.
Please judge the quality of your water for yourself and replace it when needed. However, if you choose not to sterilise with a disinfectant, we recommend changing the water every 3-5 times or weekly.
We also recommend cleaning the cooler's water filter every 1-2 weeks. All you have to do is unscrew the clear cap, remove the water filter and rinse it with a brush and tap water or spray it with a high-pressure garden hose. Replace the water filter with a brand new one once a month to avoid damaging the cooler due to restricted water flow. -
The water chiller is very quiet and the readings that we have made range from 40-45 decibel so around the same noise level as a fridge.
