We are committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable delivery service. Estimated delivery times are listed below:

• USA:Standard Transport: 5-7 business daysExpedited Transport (extra charge applies): 2-3 working days.
• UK:Standard Transport: 7-10 working daysExpedited Transport (additional fees apply): 3-5 business days.
• Canada:Standard Transport: 7-10 business daysExpedited Transport (additional fees apply): 3-5 business days.

For other countries, delivery times will vary depending on specific shipping arrangements. We will do our best to provide you with an accurate estimated delivery time prior to transport.

• Processing Time: We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receipt, order processing time does not include transport time.
• Notification: You will receive an email with the shipping tracking number after the order has been transport.

• A tracking number is generated for each order after it has been transport. You can check the status of your parcel in real time through our transport partner's tracking system.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you after the order has been transport and can also be viewed in the Order History.

If a parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you:

• Transport Restrictions: We currently only provide shipping services to the US, UK and Canada, orders from other countries are not supported at this time.
